Join me in a unique and BOUTIQUE SOUL ART RETREAT for an unforgettable ART FILLED weekend experience on the beautiful Wairarapa Coast!

Dates: Starts 4pm Friday 19th February – Ends 2pm Sunday 21st February 2021 – 2 Nights

How would you like a weekend away to create the most gorgeous artworks?

  • Guidance and techniques from me to paint an abstract painting on a large canvas (Standard supplied size 800x800mm) – (you can arrange with me for a different size)
  • You will experiment with me painting abstract FLOWERS in different forms on paper (You are welcome to bring your own small canvasses)
  • BONUS: You get to choose your ADD ON options –  A Totem Pole, a Birdhouse, River Rocks, Mini Totem Stick.
  • Time to spend immersed in creativity for a whole weekend with likeminded souls
  • Enjoy time to work on your art techniques with a little guidance from me
  • Opening evening Kakao ceremony to set intentions and more
  • Some gentle guided meditation to bring more connection to creative joy
  • Bring your crystals and cards etc for guidance and connection
  • All art supplies are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own brushes, paints etc.

Accomodation: In a Quintessentially New Zealand Farmhouse with single beds in lovely spacious shared rooms of approximately 3 people per room. (Bedroom one has two singles; Bedroom two has a double and two singles; Bedroom three is large and has 4 single beds; Bedroom four has 4 single beds). All beds and rooms are furnished with quality bed linen, hand towels and face cloths, but you will need to bring your own bath and beach towels. Please Note: One inside bathroom, one outside shower (good pressure but farmhouse basic). No WiFi.

Food: Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are all home cooked with love. (Please get in touch with me before booking if you have very specific food allergies etc).

Please Note: My retreats are very relaxed and easy! Boutique and for smaller groups – Space for 6/7 in this retreat!

This retreat is situated out on the Tora coast, (nearest town Martinborough) – dirt road for approximately 45mins.

Fully inclusive price: $725.00 per person; DEPOSIT: $250.00 (Non-refundable). Once the deposit is paid, smaller, more regular payments can be arranged for the remaining amount on request by emailing Michele, however full payment must be received by 10th February 2021 without exception.

By registering and paying your deposit fee you agree to the following terms:

CONFIRMATION AND COMMUNICATION:
To register for this RETREAT you must pay the deposit of $250.00NZ or the full payment. You will receive confirmation from Michele within 72 hours after you send your deposit, this is your BOOKING confirmation. All retreat information will be emailed to the email address you used when BOOKING. If you require emails be sent to an alternate email address, please email michele.courage@gmail.com. The balance of the retreat will be due NO LATER than the 10th of February 2021.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations are subject to a $50NZ handling fee. For reservations cancelled before 1st February 2021, you will receive a full refund minus our handling fee and deposit IF we can find a suitable replacement. Cancellations made after 10th February 2021 are non-refundable.
Should any retreat be cancelled the entire amount paid will be refunded within fourteen days after cancellation. Once this occurs, we have no further obligations regarding any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions should be read and understood fully before making your deposit and booking. By making a deposit and booking for the Raise Your Vibration Retreat (Bi Design ltd) you (“Guest” or “Guests”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This is to confirm your Booking for the GALACTIC EXPANSION Retreat in Bali with Michele Courage – Bi Design Ltd.
Dates: 5th June 2020 to the 10th June – 5 Nights
By registering and paying your deposit fee you agree to the following terms:

CONFIRMATION AND COMMUNICATION:
To register for this RETREAT you must pay the deposit of $300NZ.
You will receive confirmation from Michele within 72 hours after you send your deposit, this is your BOOKING confirmation.
All retreat information will be emailed to the email address you used when BOOKING. If you require emails be sent to an alternate email address, please email michele.courage@gmail.com.
A Step Payment of $500NZ is required within 30 days from the date of booking.
The full balance of the retreat will be due NO LATER than the 1st of April 2020.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

For reservations cancelled before April 30th 2020, you will receive a full refund minus our handling fee IF we can find a suitable replacement.
Cancellations made after May 1st 2020 are non-refundable.
Should any retreat be cancelled the entire amount paid will be refunded within fourteen days after cancellation. Once this occurs, we have no further obligations regarding any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations. We accept no liability for any airline cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket. Nor do we accept liability for cancelled flights.

NOT INCLUDED
Air travel and airport transfer. (Your airport transfer in Bali to the Villa can easily be arranged for you – please arrange with me)
Two evening dinners are not included (Late lunches are planned for these days – a fruit platter will be available or take out can be arranged on request.)
All lunches are not included (Planned activities accomodate lunch opportunities to savour local dishes – $15 NZ will more than cover a basic lunch + drink)
Tips for staff and drivers
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase trip cancellation, emergency medical evacuation, baggage, accident and medical insurance from a reputable insurance company.
Please make sure you double check the expiry date on your passport if international travel is required for this workshop or retreat.
A copy of your Travel Insurance documents is required for our records.

WAIVER
Bi Design Ltd shall not have any responsibility for the care or protection and shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss of life, whether by fire, theft, vandalism, accident or other peril of any kind whatsoever, to the person or any vehicle or other property of any Guest or any other person present at the retreat, and Guests waive any and all claims they, or any person claiming by, through or under those Guests, might now or in the future have against Bi Design Ltd on account of any such damage or injury.

INDEMNITY
Guests shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bi Design Ltd (including its owners, managers, staff and residents) from and against any and all costs, claims and charges, including Bi Design Ltd attorneys’ fees and other costs, made by any person against Bi Design Ltd and/or liability resulting from any act or omission of Guest or Bi Design Ltd, Guests agents and/or employees, and/or Guest’s use of the retreat or its facilities (including all members of Guest’s party). All property kept, stored or maintained at or on the premises of the retreat shall be kept, stored or maintained at the full risk of Guest only. In addition, Guest shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Bi Design Ltd from and against any and all costs, claims and charges, including Bi Design Ltd attorneys’ fees and other costs, made by any person against Bi Design Ltd for any reservation cancelled by Bi Design Ltd (see Waiver above).
