A warm welcome to my latest subscribers.
Many people see the finished paintings, the colours, the movement, the spirals and symbols, but few see what actually unfolds during the creation of a piece.
Each artwork begins long before the first brush touches the canvas.
Often there is a period where an energy, a theme, or a presence begins to make itself known to me. Sometimes it arrives as an energy that keeps appearing in my awareness, sometimes as an inner knowing, and sometimes simply as a feeling or frequency that I know needs to be expressed onto canvas, effectively anchored into this earth plane.
Layers build slowly. Colours reveal themselves. Certain forms begin to emerge and guide the direction of the piece. At times the process feels very structured and intentional; at other times it feels as though the painting itself is quietly directing where the energy wants to move next.
When I finally step into the studio, the painting becomes a conversation with that specific energy.
Much of the work includes spirals, codes, or geometric elements that carry specific frequencies. These are not added randomly, each one has a purpose and contributes to the overall energetic field of the painting.
Over time, the piece settles into its final form. When that moment arrives, there is usually a very clear sense that the work is complete, almost as if the transmission has finished moving through me.
From there, the artwork begins its next stage of life.
For some collectors, the original painting becomes a centrepiece within their home or sacred space.
For others, the energy of the work is experienced through different forms that emerge from the painting — such as Limited Edition Prints, collector scarves, or aura sprays inspired by the colours and frequencies of the piece.
Each of these carries a different way of connecting with the energy of the artwork.
In the coming months, I’ll be sharing more glimpses into the creative process here, small windows into the studio and the journey each piece takes from the first spark of inspiration to its final form.
