Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Minimum Stay: 2 nights ($250 per night all inclusive).
- Check-In Time 02:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM or by arrangement
- All bookings will be confirmed via email
- Special rates for longer stays, please enquire
- A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation 7 days before your arrival.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
- All payments are in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
- We are flexible about cancellation, if you need to cancel your booking we are happy to hold your deposit until you rebook. In rare circumstances if the booking is cancelled by Riverstone the full payment will be refunded
- Tariff includes cleaning fee and the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
- Booking confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt of booking. In the case you do not hear from us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CLEANING & PETS
- The cleaning fee has been included in your booking
- Pets by arrangement (we have our own) $50 extra if you are bringing pooch
- NO SMOKING on the premises
